Brings over 40 years of extensive experience in both Offshore and Onshore Drilling & Workover engineering and operations. Having held various operations and well engineering roles in regions such as the Middle East, Asia (NIOC and Schlumberger), Kazakhstan's North Caspian Sea (ENI/agip), and Canada (Husky Energy), Goly has garnered unparalleled expertise. His diverse experiences span from roles as a Wellsite Supervisor, Superintendent and Senior Well Engineer to Engineering Manager and Operations Manager.

Throughout his career, Goly has made significant contributions to well construction technical applications and innovative approaches. These contributions have significantly facilitated the attainment of corporate objectives and qualified him as a subject matter expert, particularly in the field of well control. This expertise allowed him to be involved in addressing ongoing well control challenges encountered during drilling and workover operations..
